Run Riot could be seen as just another running brand. But beyond the premium running gear, it is about championing the mental benefits of running. Our Clubhouse is always looking to get involved in initiatives that epitomise what the brand stands for, to look beyond time and distance and focus more on how best to make Running is Release actually mean something. We already donate £2 of every tee sold to the Campaign Against Living Miserably but we support, promote, and sponsor other groups that align with our brand ethos.
We're proud to work with Run Talk Run, the global mental health running group.
What they do cuts straight to the heart of why we started Run Riot. Running is Release isn't a slogan. It's a statement of fact. Movement is medicine.

Somewhere along the way, running became obsessed with metrics. VO₂ max. Lactate thresholds. Recovery scores. Tempo Tuesdays. But that's not the whole story of running.
The best run of your life probably won't be the fastest.
It'll be the one that stopped a bad day becoming a terrible one. Or that helped take you out of your head and into your body. Running is more than exercise. It's a release valve for the pressure of being human. And that's why Run Talk Run matters.
They create spaces where people can move, talk, listen and be heard. No judgement. No one pretending they've got it all figured out. Just people showing up for themselves and each other. In a culture obsessed with getting faster, stronger and more productive, there's something quietly radical about that.
We're proud to support it. If you're a run club that celebrates more than times & distances, get in touch to see how we might work together too.
